Who we are. Age-Proof CV is run by Grant Massam, United Kingdom, the data controller for information you send us. Contact: hello@ageproofcv.com.
What we collect. Your name, email, target role, CV (file or pasted text) and any LinkedIn text you provide.
Why. Only to produce your CV/LinkedIn rewrite and to email you about it. Lawful basis: your consent and taking steps at your request (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Where it's stored. On our hosting provider Vercel (Vercel Blob storage), which may process data outside the UK under standard contractual safeguards.
How long. Submissions and uploaded CVs are deleted automatically 30 days after receipt, or sooner on request.
Sharing. We don't sell or share your data or use it for marketing. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@ageproofcv.com. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
